Alex Evans
ARCTRUST Private Capital, the capital markets division of the ARCTRUST Group of Companies, has brought on Alex Evans as assistant vice president of wholesaling support and operations. In his new position, Evans will be responsible for providing product support across all independent broker-dealer and registered independent adviser channels for ARCTRUST’s various equity offerings.

Evans is a seasoned financial industry veteran with 20 years of experience with a focus on operations, investor services and compliance.
Prior to joining ARCTRUST, Evans was vice president of operations at Ashford Securities from 2023 to 2024. He was responsible for investor services and operations for the company’s nontraded preferred stock and Regulation D offerings.
Additionally, Evans served as vice president of executive services at Morgan Stanley from 2021 to 2023 where he worked with financial advisers and their corporate executive clients, providing operations support for their 10b5-1 transactions. And from 2017 to 2021, Evans was the vice president of operations at Preferred Capital Securities. While there, he managed the operations department that oversaw more than $3 billion in nontraded preferred and Regulation D transactions for Preferred Apartment Communities, the Priority Income Fund, and Prospect Capital.
Evans earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
