Metric Financial LLC, a boutique managing broker-dealer for alternative investment sponsors and a distributor of private equity offerings based in Atlanta, has appointed veteran financial services executive Andy Marshall as head of capital markets. Marshall will assist Metric in enhancing its capabilities to assist asset managers raise capital in the retail investment channel.

With more than 24 years of financial services experience, Marshall comes to Metric from Bonaventure where he served as head of capital markets for about a year. Prior to that, Marshall served from 2019 to 2022, first as chief compliance officer and then president of Peachtree Group’s managing broker-dealer in Atlanta.
Prior to Peachtree, he served in fundraising roles including national product manager, national sales director, and external wholesaler for firms including Strategic Capital, Realty Capital Securities, WP Carey, Inland Securities Corporation, and Wells Investment Securities.
Marshall holds active FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 66, 79 and 99 licenses, and has finance degrees from the University of Georgia.
