Fidelity rules three funds failed to provide value to investors

The three funds are the £168m Fidelity America, the £89m Fidelity Europe (ex UK) and the £428m Fidelity Japan.
About all three, Fidelity said in its report: “This fund has not demonstrated value for investors. The board is reviewing.”
Each fund failed in the same assessment category, that of investment performance.
Artemis reports two funds miss good value for money mark
The America fund has, by Fidelity’s own data, returned 12% over the past five years, versus its benchmark S&P 500 (NUK) index which returned almost 15%. This puts it down in the third quartile for performance. …
