Bank of America to redeem CAD 1 billion senior notes in April By Investing.com

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:) has announced its intention to fully redeem a series of senior notes valued at CAD 1 billion on April 25, 2024. These notes, bearing a fixed/floating interest rate of 2.932%, were initially set to mature in April 2025.

The redemption price has been set at 100% of the principal amount, in addition to accrued and unpaid interest leading up to but not including the redemption date.
