Hybrid registered investment adviser Realta Wealth announced the appointment of Abbey Eastham as head of adviser relations. Reporting directly to Kevin Keefe, chief executive officer, Eastham will foster and enhance the relationship between Realta and its network of independent financial advisers in this newly created role.

Eastham will gather and implement adviser feedback, address escalated issues from the field and lead the firm’s Strategic Advisory Council. She will also partner with internal departments to ensure service delivery to advisers and develop programs aimed at continuously improving the overall adviser experience.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Eastham has worked at several large independent firms. Before joining Realta, Eastham was with Cetera Financial Group from 2018 to 2024 and was last a senior investment solutions manager. She has also been a senior vice president of adviser relations at First Allied Securities from 2016 to 2018.

As previously reported by The DI Wire, Realta announced the appointment of John Barragan as chief operating officer in summer 2024, hired industry veteran Tim Bowman, CPA, as chief financial officer in March of this year, and completed a rebrand from CoastalOne in January.
Realta Wealth operates both RIA Realta Investment Advisors and broker-dealer Realta Equities. The firm was founded in 1989 on Cape Cod, Mass., and as of January 2024, had around 160 adviser employees and affiliates across both businesses.
