Transition Metals (TSXV:XTM:CA) intends to raise $300K by way of a non brokered private placement.
The offering will consist of 4M critical flow through shares at a price of $0.075 per share for proceeds of $300K.
Proceeds from the securities issued in connection with the offering will be used to explore and advance critical minerals properties in Ontario.
