Ynvisible Interactive (TSXV:YNV:CA) on Friday said it has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 5 million common shares of the company at $0.12 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $600,000. The company said proceeds from the private Placement will be used as working capital and for general corporate purposes.
