WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: NYSE:), known for its critical infrastructure and continuity solutions, has announced its partnership with the NVIDIA (NASDAQ:) Partner Network (LON:) (NPN) as a Solution Advisor: Consultant partner.

This collaboration aims to leverage Vertiv’s expertise in high-density power and cooling infrastructure to support the growing adoption of accelerated computing and artificial intelligence (AI) workloads.

The NVIDIA Partner Network facilitates technology partners in developing solutions that are built on or powered by NVIDIA technologies. Vertiv’s inclusion in this network will allow it to offer its comprehensive portfolio of power and cooling solutions to a broader market, addressing the unique infrastructure needs of advanced computing systems.

Vertiv’s CEO, Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi, highlighted the company’s longstanding relationship with NVIDIA in research and product development. Albertazzi stated, “We have combined our leadership in power and cooling solutions with NVIDIA’s cutting-edge platforms to help meet the demands of the most compute-intensive applications and support the deployment of AI infrastructure across the globe.”

The partnership is set to focus on the development of state-of-the-art liquid cooling solutions for NVIDIA’s next-generation accelerated data centers, which are powered by GB200 NVL72 systems. Vertiv’s portfolio, including products like the Liebert XDU coolant distribution units, Liebert XDM split indoor chillers, and Liebert DCD rear-door heat exchangers, is designed to ensure optimal performance, safety, and high availability for GPUs running compute-intensive AI workloads.

Additionally, Vertiv has expanded its Geist rack power distribution units to accommodate higher power draw within data center racks, optimizing space while maintaining efficiency.

This strategic alliance is part of Vertiv’s ongoing commitment to enabling continuous, optimal performance, and scalable growth for vital applications in data centers, communication networks, and commercial and industrial facilities globally.
